1. Data Collection

Spathia collects the minimum data necessary to manage your household: your name, email address, and the inventory data you choose to track (from freezers and pantries to the storage bins under your bed).

2. How We Use Data

Your data exists solely to provide you with "Organized Storage and Effortless Living." We use it to sync your devices, calculate recipe availability in your Smart Cookbook, and send restock alerts. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Sharing

Your inventory is private to your authenticated household. It is only shared with users you explicitly invite. If you use the "Share & Import" feature for recipes, only the specific recipe data is shared via the generated link.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We use standard, secure cookies strictly to keep you logged in (if you choose "Remember Me") and protect your session. We also use basic third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand how the platform is performing so we can improve the app's speed and design. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies to serve you targeted advertising.

5. Age Restrictions

Spathia is designed for household managers and adults. Our platform is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

6. Your Control

You own your data. You may export your inventory or delete your entire account and all associated household data at any time via the Settings panel.
